He was predeceased by: his parents, Harley T. Sr. and Edith Green (Taft); his son Paul Green; his sisters, Joyce Burgard and Janice Kant; his brothers-in-law, Claude Burgard, Erwin Kant and John Stockinger; his stepsiblings, Claire Turk and Renata Horning; Jim McIntyre.

He is survived by: his wife Elaine; his grandchildren, Jessica Green, Ryan Green, Jeremy Green (Mirranda), Josh Green (Mandi), Nathaniel Green, John Green, Lexi Green and Justin Olson (Kathy); his great grandchildren, Alex Green, Winnie Green, Lily Green, Dorion Green, Paige Olson and Matt Sweeny; his great great grandchild Porter Block; his sister Rebecca "Becky" Watson; his siblings-in-law, Warren Fuller (Jan) and Kathleen Stockinger; Harley "Tom" Green (Julie) of De Pere, Keith Green of Oconto and Patricia "Trish" Ades (Ron) of Casper, WY.. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund is being established.
