He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Bartel and Amanda Bartel; his former wife Virginia Jensen; his children, Kerry and Scott; his former wife Patricia Bartel; his stepson Richard DeMuth Jr.; and his son-in-law Michael Prahl.
He is survived by: his spouse Pat DeMuth; his daughters, Laurie Prahl and Gina Trzebiatowski (Dave); his stepchildren, Paul Luebke (Kristine) and Julie DeMuth; his grandson Jason Prahl (Nikki); his great grandchildren, Ava and Brennen; his grandson Jeremy Prahl (Becca); his great grandchildren, Isabelle and Nolan; his grandson Brandon Trzebiatowski (Heidi); his great grandchildren, Anderson and Margaret; and his grandchildren, Allison Luebke and Lyndsey Luebke (Noah).
Visitation was held on Monday, July 28th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Our Saviour Lutheran Church (120 S Henry St, Green Bay, WI 54302). A funeral service was held on Monday, July 28th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
