She is survived by: her husband Jim; her children, Kim Hlavka (Jason), Nicki Mikkelson (Brian), Green Bay, Dave De Coster (Stacia), Madison and Mike De Coster (Heather) of Iowa City, IA; her grandchildren, Drew Mikkelson, Zach Mikkelson (Bella), Maya De Coster and Annora De Coster; her sister Jane Henneberry; and her sisters-in-law, Ann Carlson (Stan) and Mary Krysiak (Dennis). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
