She is survived by: her children, Michael Horn (Gloria) of Green Bay, Sandie Karch (Dale) of The Villages and Patrick Horn (Caroline) of Fitchburg, Wisconsin.; her grandchildren, Christina (Jose), Michael (Carrie), Daniel, Andrew (Erica), Matthew, Johnathan (Jenn), Heidi (Tyler) and Sacha (Nils); her great grandchildren, Margarita, Mercedes (Andrew), Roman, Lila, Sadie, Emily, Ava, Isabella, Alexa, Margaret, Micah, Luca and Elodie; her great great grandchildren, Owen and Quill; and her nieces and nephews, Daryl Lueck (Kim) and Kim Wasielewski.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to The Salvation Army in Isabella's name.
