He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his children, Heidi Anderson (Steve), John Flemal (Ernest Wlostowski) and Jennifer Schmidt (Dan); his grandchildren, Taylor, CassieMae Anderson and Evelyn Schmidt; his sister Ginger Van Boxel; his siblings-in-law, Mary Pat Slama (Frank), Bob Bushmaker (Julie) and Eileen Kolb (Rick); and his close friends, Billy, Chuck, Gary, Mark, Paula, Steve and Susie.

In lieu of other expressions of sympathy, a memorial fund will be established.
