He was predeceased by: his parents, James R. Cork and Janice Chevaliar; and his parents-in-law, Norbert, Gloria VanDen Plas and Don Beyer (Garnet).
He is survived by: his wife Candie; his children, Crystal Cork, Tabatha Cork, Christopher Poquette, Nicholas Poquette, Trevor Poquette, Makayla Zipperer (Jesse) and Brooklynn Poquette (Taylor); his grandchildren, Dantevis, Paris, Marquis, Jenesis, Legend, Azaha, Adrion, Aaliyah, Aleena and Harrison; his siblings-in-law, Joseph VanDen Plas (Patty), James VanDen Plas (Deborah), Dale VanDen Plas (Darlene), Ed Lannoye (Penny), Dale Lannoye (Wendy) and Mary Fox; his close friends, Bryan Goffard, Anthony, Nathan and Sarah Steffens; his family Kristy Ray (family: Candie Thomas, Dan, Barb Geurts); and his caregivers, Alesha, Nicky and Kathy. He is also survived by family, Candie Thomas and family.
