He is survived by: his wife Grace Flatoff; his daughter Cathy Harter; and his siblings-in-law, Joanne Haas, Ernie Flatoff (Jan), Mark Flatoff (Darlene), Prayoon Flatoff and Elizabeth Havlovick. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, grand and great-grand nieces and nephews.
