He is survived by: his wife Wanda; his children, Jamie Woodall of Texas, Dawn (Paul) of Green Bay and Sheri of Green Bay; his grandchildren, Jessica Schmidt (Robbie), Mariah Davis (Gregory) and Jonathan Muldrew; and his sisters, Judy of Green Bay and Jeanne of Green Bay. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
