She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Gosz Sr. and Ethel Gosz; her husband Dr. James Caffrey; her daughter Molly Caffrey; and the parents of child, Frank and Ethel Gosz.
She is survived by: her brother Frank Gosz; her children, Elizabeth Caffrey (John Skeele) of Sitka, AK, Bridget Caffrey (Bruce Leversedge) of Minneapolis, MN, Clare Caffrey (Jay Schrader), John Caffrey (Pam Super), Green Bay, Susan Caffrey (Marty Durdahl) of Burnville, MN, Margaret Walshe (Tadhg), Bagenalstown, Thomas Caffrey (Mary Jo) and Daniel Caffrey; and her grandchildren, Marsh, Nora, Emmett, Clare, Greta, Peter, John, Fiona, Erin, Jenna, Henry, Thomas and Fintan. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations would be appreciated to St. John's Homeless Shelter, Green Bay Humane Society and Unity Hospice.
