She was predeceased by: her parents, George Wachal and Mary Wachal (Paul); her parents-in-law, Louis and Clara Janowski; and her siblings-in-law, Joe, Jim Janowski and Pat Janowski.
She is survived by: her husband Peter Janowski; her children, Jon (Cheryl), Shelley, Brian (Jen), Andrea (Jack Erdman) and Jay (Amy); her grandchildren, Allyson, Kiera, Aaron, Stella, Ashton, Nicholas, Giselle, Alex, Emily and Grant; and her siblings-in-law, Paul, Tom Janowski (Marilyn), Edna and Judy Janowski.
In lieu of flowers or gifts, the family kindly requests a donation to the Wisconsin Parkinson Association. Jan fought a courageous battle against Parkinson's toward the end of her life.
