She was predeceased by: her parents, George Velicer and Elsie Velicer; her parents-in-law, Ernest and Lillian Paplham; her siblings, Lee and Gerrie; and her brother-in-law Ernie.
She is survived by: her husband Dick Paplham; her children, Bill (Pam), Susanna (Augusto) and Cindy (Chris); her grandchildren, Tyler, Brittany, Kyan and Jayden; her brothers-in-law, Ken (Shirley) and Mike (Leslie); and her niece Kathy (Mike Koslowski).
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Parish (2771 Oakwood Dr, Green Bay, WI 54304). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
