She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Rogers and Anna Rogers (DeGrand); her husband Dave Van Horn; and her son Bruce. She is survived by: her children, Sharon Sannes (Gordon), Wendy Duerr (Allen), Lisa Perrizo and Brian Van Horn; her daughter-in-law Jane Van Horn; and her goddaughters, Sara Osawe and Jenny Whitefield. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren, sister, brothers, brothers and sisters-in-law.
