He was predeceased by: his parents, Clement Vandenhoogen and Margaret Vandenhoogen (Manning); his pet Hunter; his aunt Mary Manning; his uncles, Don, Bud and John Manning (Shirley); Charlene Doxtater.

He is survived by: his daughter Kalilia (Josh); his brothers, Jim (Peggy) and Scott Vandenhoogen; his sister-in-law Jo Vandenhoogen; his nieces and nephews, Joshua, Mark, Amy, Laura, Jaime, Adam, Cory, Nicole and Lorissa; and his godson Tyler. He is also survived by many cousins, and numerous special friends.
