He was predeceased by: his parent Virginia Overly; and his uncles, Bud Austad (Jean), Wally Utnehmer and Bob Utnehmer. He is survived by: his wife Sue; his sons, James S Overly Jr. (Linda Hansen-Overly) and Derek Overly (Rena Overly); his grandchildren, Brendon, Luke, Sawyer, Angela, Brandy, Elijah, Dylan and Joe; his brother Bob Overly (Mettja Roate-Overly); Aiden, Mia, Leo and Norah. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
