She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Steele and Amy Steele (Grandine); her son-in-law Brett Voigt; her siblings, Donald Steele (Mary Kay), Charles Steele, Elizabeth Derickson (Peter Krause) and Joy Bauermeister (Fritz); and her siblings-in-law, Al Loski, Al Cole, Dick Guth, Marge Steele and Colleen Zeitler (Raymond).
She is survived by: her husband Myron H. Nelson; her children, Karen Voigt, Kay (John Bunn) and Karol (Todd Williams); her grandchildren, Debbie Kopitzke (Mike), Mary Bare, David Voigt, Matthew Voigt (Ashley), Timothy Voigt, Marissa Werner (Bradley), Colton Bunn (Rachael), Brian Williams (Karyssa), Brittany Williams and Alyssa Kapla (Lane); her siblings, Mort Steele, Mary Cole and Dorothy Guth; and her sister-in-law Ernie Steele. She is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren.
