He was predeceased by: his siblings, Sharon Kleczka, Melvin C. Gering and Robert L. Gering. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ullmer; his children, John Gering (Melissa), Michelle Gering and Jessica Gering (Stephen Gay); his grandchildren, Michaela, Tyler, Mia, Morgan and Mandy; his great grandchildren, Maxtyn and Teku; his siblings, Sandy Osborne (Mike), Pete Gering (Jean), Gary Gering and Susan Woodke (John); and his sisters-in-law, Judy and Marge Gering. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
