He was predeceased by: his parents, Shirley and Ervin; his brothers, Mark and Paul; and his parents-in-law, Dora and Art Forsythe.
He is survived by: his wife Connie; and his daughter Misti Wauters (Chad). He is also survived by children, and Andrea Knope and her children.
