He was predeceased by: his parents, Emil Pichette and Mary Pichette (Wenk); his spouse Shirley O'Donnell; and his sisters, Rita, Evie and Aggie.
He is survived by: his brother Joe; his children, Dave (Stephanie), Sandy Vandenberg (Jim), Tom (Shelley), Pam Dallman (Pete) and Kim Wacker; his grandchildren, Mike (Casey), Robbie, Danny, Jimmy Pichette (Deanna), Jill Olson (Christian), Joe Vandenberg (Maria), Jacy Petersen (Matt), Alex Pichette (Angel), Larissa Heller (Kyle), Kasey Paulos (Hurue), Brad Dallman (Jessica), Travis Wacker (Natalie) and Lawton Wacker (Kennedy); his great grandchildren, Miles, Odin, Cameron, Brady, Everett, Will, Maddie, Ellie, Sam, Gen, Kali, Eli, Jason and Theodore; and his brother Charlie. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to veterans' organizations in Jack's memory.
