He was predeceased by: his parents, John H. Starry and Edna Starry (Shuber); his wife Joan Vanderperren; his brother Jim Starry; his parents-in-law, Gilbert and Agatha Vanderperren; and his sister-in-law Marilyn Vanderperren.
He is survived by: his children, Jeff Starry (Melinda) and Jenny Starry (Troy Theis); his siblings, Dick Starry (Becki) and Pat DeBouche (Denny); and his siblings-in-law, Rog and Grace Vanderperren. He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
