He was predeceased by: his parents, Phillip Brown and Arleen Brown (Coopman); and his pet Sadie. He is survived by: his sisters, Bobbie Brown, Dawn Devroy (Robert), Theresa Lassee (Matt) and Tara Lambert; his nieces and nephews, Elisa, Stephanie, Krista, Taylor, Morgan (Matt), Brooklyn and Alexis; his great-niece Makayla; and his great-nephews, Chad, Maverick and Oliver.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established in Joe's name.
