The memory of Judy Horstketter of Green Bay, Wisconsin, who passed away on December 9, 2025 at the age of 66, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Horstketter and Joan Horstketter (Hendzel); her sister Joni Andrews; and her sister-in-law Theresa Horstketter. She is survived by: her nephew Corry; her siblings, Jeff Horstketter (Therese) and Jane Lambrecht (Greg); and her brothers-in-law, David Andrews, Joseph Horstketter (Mary Popp) and John Horstketter (Ann Jeske). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncle and further relatives.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Newcomer Funeral Home (340 S Monroe Ave, Green Bay, WI 54301, USA). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the Newcomer Cremations, Funerals (340 S Monroe Ave, Green Bay, WI 54301, USA).
