She was predeceased by: her parents, James Chambers and Barbara Chambers; her husband David Marchand; and her sister Jan of Florida. She is survived by: her sons, Rick Koebel (Dede) and Derek Koebel (Mayra); her stepchildren, Richard Marchand, Barbara Tallaferro and Brian Marchand (Becky); her grandchildren, Diera (Alex), Xandria (Sam), Jeremey, Keyona, Logan and Tanner; her siblings, Jeff Chambers and Gail Foster; and her close friend Debbie Phillips. She is also survived by her great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life was held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Newcomer Funeral Home (340 S Monroe Ave, Green Bay, WI 54301).
