She is survived by: her parents, Ronald Fayas and Rosella Fayas (Mertens); her husband Jerry Bristol; her son Jared Siefert; and her siblings, Wanda (Steve Mehlhorn), Steven Fayas, Bryan (Lynn Fayas) and Amy (Scott Volltrauer). She is also survived by nieces and nephews and special friends.
