He is survived by: his former wife Bonnie Englebert; his wife Kathy; his children, Paula Krueger (Ted) of Cedarburg, WI, Jeff Dax (Sandi) of De Pere, WI, Heather Haase (Kevin) of Winneconne, WI, Maren Mueller (Bryan Harris) of Tempe, AZ and Jim Mueller (Kelly) of Jackson, WI; his grandchildren, Jake Wallestad-Dax (Wally), Andrew Dax (Jennifer), Bennett Jossart, Kenzie Jossart, Lilly Haase, Kolby Haase and Cami Mueller; his brother Darrell Dax; his mother-in-law Irene Tiedemann; and his siblings-in-law, Pat Tiedemann, Susan Tiedemann (Paul Schlindwein) and Rusty Tiedemann (Ellen). He is also survived by nieces & nephews.
