He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Carl Swanson and Phyllis Mae Swanson (Tillman); his father-in-law Preston L. Janssen, Jr.; his brother-in-law Gene Watters; and his grandparents, Elmer, Mamie Swanson, Donald and Genevieve Tillman.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Ann Swanson (Janssen); his sons, Benjamin Swanson (Tera) of Pulaski and Logan Swanson (Atlana) of Suamico; his grandchildren, Graysen, Barren, Braylen, Harper and Wrenley; his siblings, Curt Swanson (Pam) and Laurie Watters; his mother-in-law Margaret Janssen; and his close friend Dick Hutter. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, brothers & sisters-in-law.
