He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Marlin Pelegrin and Alice Pelegrin (Martens); his brothers, Kip Pelegrin of Fitchburg, WI and Kerry Pelegrin of Abrams, WI; his nieces, Ashley Pelegrin and Kellyn Pelegrin; his nephew Kody Pelegrin (Jordan); his aunt Gail Jens of Raleigh, NC; his great-nephews, Xavier and River; his siblings, Keith and Sally; and his nephew Ryan Pelegrin.

Kurt was a kind person with a big heart, evidenced by his donating a kidney to his beloved nephew Ryan.
