He was predeceased by: his parents, Delores Clark and Henry Clark; and his granddaughter Courtnie. He is survived by: his children, Greg Bouche (Tonya), Trudie Clark-Collman (Jamie) and Tanya Thompson. He is also survived by seven siblings, ten grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
