LaVerne A. Blecha Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of LaVerne A. Blecha (Green Bay, Wisconsin), who passed away on December 20, 2022, at the age of 100, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Orville Nys and Emily Nys (DeLaruelle); her husband Edward; her parents-in-law, Arthur and Laura Blecha; her brother James Nys; her siblings-in-law, Norene DiNardo (V. James DiNardo), Carmella Blecha, Barbara Wescott, Francis Blecha (Regina) and Jordan Blecha; and her grandchildren, Kathi Rei Warwick and Nolan David Blecha.

She is survived by: her children, Mary Warwick (James) of Rockford, IL, Michael Blecha (Marguerite), Green Bay, David Blecha (Darlene), Stephen Blecha (Laura) and De Pere; her grandchildren, Linda Wolters (Brett) of Springfield, IL, Aaron Blecha (Nicola Collings), Brighton-Hove, England, Joel Blecha (Deanna Pacelli) of Oak Park, IL, Andrea Erhardt (Greg) of Lexington, KY, Karl Warwick (Tracy) of Glendale, WI, Alanna (Mark Allender), D. C., Nicholas Blecha (Brittany), Madison and Hannah Hensler (Josiah); her great grandchildren, Ashley, Abby, Andrew Wolters of Springfield, IL, Betsy, Olive Blecha, Brighton-Hove, England, Tate, Asa Blecha of Oak Park, IL, Ansel, Ezra Erhardt of Lexington, KY, Reese, Ian, Delainey Warwick of Glendale, WI, Cora, Mabel and D. C.; and her sister-in-law Mary Brindle. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in LaVerne's name to St. John's Homeless Shelter or St. Bernard Parish.
