He was predeceased by: his parents, George Gerbers and Agnes Gerbers (Dallas); his sister Joan; his in-laws, Harvey and Alice Elsner; and his sister-in-law Sharon Johnson.
He is survived by: his wife Yvonne A. Elsner; his children, Bobbie Jo and George (Sandy); his grandchildren, Kelsie, Alex, Lexee, Hunter and Tyranie; his brother Kenny Gerbers (Sharon); and his siblings-in-law, Dave Steiner, Keith Elsner (Karen), Marshall Elsner (Debbie) and Dianne Fronek (Brian). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
