She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, John Prochaska and Anna Prochaska; her sister Erma; her husband Dennis; her sons, Jeffrey John Schmidt (Elizabeth) of Boaz and Steven Clifford Schmidt (Kathryn) of Green Bay; her grandchildren, Sarah Rapp (Nathan Rapp), Peter Schmidt (Grayson), Nathan Schmidt, John Schmidt and Seth Schmidt; and her great grandchildren, Evelyn, Jackson Rapp, Lydia and Noah Schmidt.
