He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his children, Brett (Tory), Cameron (Amber) and Wyatt (Lydia); his grandchildren, Kinsley, Waylon and Lilah; his nephew Jesse Heise; his mother-in-law Rosalie Calawerts; and his in-laws, Larry Calawerts (Sheri), Toni Toonen (Denis), Bob Calawerts and Jeff Calawerts (Vicky). He is also survived by other relatives and good friends.
