He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Domingo Alberto Alvarado, Domingo Rios and Esmeralda Martell. He is survived by: his parents, Angel Rios Martell and Deborah Alvarado Burgos of Green Bay, WI; his brother Anthony Rios of Green Bay; and his grandmother Ana Hilda Burgos of Puerto Rico. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, one niece and many friends.
