He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman A. Peters and Dolores A. Peters (DeGrand); his brother-in-law Harvey Anderson; his stepsons, Tyrone and Jason; his parents-in-law, Maria and Felipe Tupac; his brother-in-law Francisco; and his grandparents, Margaret, Edward DeGrand, Anna and Joseph Peters.
He is survived by: his wife Grace T. Peters; his children, Jessica Miller (Tommy), Jamie Peters (Danielle), Jodi Pamperin (Jonathon) and Kyle Menzer (Joseph); his grandchildren, Carter, Briella, Stephanie (Hunter), Tyler, Tanner (Abbi), Leila, Ariana, Owen, Hudson and Kyzer; his siblings, Kathleen Anderson, Karen Bowers (Mark) and Donald Peters (Diane); his sister-in-law Lovey Vollrath; and his niece Jennifer DeBauche (Jason). He is also survived by two great grandchildren.
