She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Organiscak and Lottie Organiscak (Handzel); her siblings, Bob Organiscak (Judy) and Sandra Organiscak; and her siblings-in-law, Michael Broadbent, Ronald Horkman and Sylva Lindsley.

She is survived by: her husband Dave; her children, Tim Leanna, Dan Leanna (Jennifer) of Tustin, CA, Heather Love and April Welch (Ryan); her grandchildren, Dillon, Tyler and Presley; her siblings, Theresa Strasburg (Jim), Sharon Kaziak (Jerry) and Tom Organiscak; and her sisters-in-law, Linda Horkman, Nancy Berndt (Ken), Peggy Broadbent and Debbie Miller (Duane). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

In lieu of floral expressions a memorial fund has been established in her name.
