With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Mardell May Schoepp of Green Bay, Wisconsin, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Norman Bowman and Elsie Bowman (Schulke); her husband David Schoepp; her daughter Michelle May Weber; her son-in-law David Younkle; her grandchildren, Michael Schoepp Jr. and Ashley Plog; and her brothers-in-law, Richard Mellen and Larry Allen.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Schoepp (Joan), Lenore Younkle, Pamela Noll (Bill), Lisa Plog (Ron) and Nadine Schoepp; her grandchildren, Maiya, Jeremiah, Alicia, Nathan, Maria, Jacob, Anna, Marques, Isaiah, Rebekah, Samuel, Josiah, Graham, Krysta, Tarrah, Justin and Alyssa; her sister Lois Mellen; her son-in-law Gary Weber; and her cousin Faye. She is also survived by 22 great-grandchildren, cousins, nieces and nephews, other loved ones, and friends.
In honor of Mardell's love for reading and of her mother being born in a sod house on the prairie, Mardell's family would like to donate Little House on the Prairie books in her memory. Memorial contributions may be made directly to the family.
