She is survived by: her mother Darlene Smith (Bomske) of Madison, MS; her niece Shannon of Madison, MS; her uncle Larry Smith (Cookie) of Green Bay, WI; and her aunts, Bev Hafeman (Steve) of Green Bay, WI and Lori Klein (Jordan) of Florida. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
