She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard William "Bill" and Norma Kellner (Oettinger). She is survived by: her siblings, Mary Donart (Tom) and Dr. W. Joseph Kellner (Marcia); and her nieces and nephews, Nicole Donart, Jennifer Donart, Andrew Donart (Nora), Heidi Areaux (Raymond) and Paul Kellner (Dewi).
Marion received a special school board recognition for outstanding contributions to children and staff in 1990 and was awarded the District Elementary School Teacher of the Year by the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction for the 1991-92 school year.
