She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Ess and Lena Van Ess; her daughter Cheryl Lindsley (Michael); her husband Eugene Hietpas; her parents-in-law, Norbert and Josephine Hietpas; her brothers, Anthony Van Ess (Sandy) and Jerome Van Ess (Jeanne); and her siblings-in-law, Leo Hietpas (Karen), Lois Hietpas (Carl) and Calvin Kaufman (Arlene).
She is survived by: her children, Annette Noles (Steve), Lynn Smith (Steve), Nancie Brennan (Kevin), Jay Hietpas (Jodi) and Chad Hietpas (Kristin); her grandchildren, Parker Noles (Danielle), Mary Beth Logan (Willard), Katie Wilson (Alex), Michael, Megan Smith, Benjamin Lindsley (Alison), Zachary Lindsley (Shanna), Thomas Brennan (Vanessa), Ellise, Owen Brennan, Holly, Brady Hietpas, Bella and Charlotte Hietpas; and her great grandchildren, Avery, Olivia Noles, Cannon Logan and Camden Lindsley.
