He is survived by: his wife Michelle Vandenack (Shelly); his children, Heather and Mark, Jr.; his pet Teddy; his grandchildren, Alex, Ryan and Bo; his siblings, Danny "Doc" Kaye (Tammy) of Green Bay, Tina Spriggs, Carol Becks (Kenny) and Lori Burzinski; his father-in-law Dennis Vandenack (Janice); and his siblings-in-law, Todd Vandenack, Darrell Perra (Cindy), Shelly Tingley, Hope Zellner (Dave), Karen Hasenauer (Tommy) and Tara Doxtator (Mike). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
