She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Maufort and Zita Maufort (Dietzler); her son Marty Lorberblatt; her brothers, Rev. Monsignor Richard Maufort, John Maufort (Patricia) and Stephen Maufort; and her nephew Thomas Maufort.

She is survived by: her daughter Mina Lorberblatt-Teske (John Teske); her granddaughter Marti Teske (Jenna Mixer); her great grandchildren, Mabel and Marin Mixer-Teske; her grandchild Mackenzie Teske; her great grandchild Aiden Ama; her daughter Clare Lorberblatt-Zipperer; her grandchildren, Klayton Zipperer and Kyra Zipperer; her daughter Trudy Lorberblatt (Liz Kleba); her sister-in-law Mary Maufort; her nieces, Stephanie Maufort and Maureen Mommaerts (Robb); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Allison and Nicholas; her nieces and nephews, Jim Maufort, Phil Maufort, Ann Ryan and Barb Maufort; and her great-nephews, John Maufort and Andrew Maufort. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in honor of Marleen can be made to benefit St. John Ministries.
