She was predeceased by: her parents, Wendell DeBaker and Sylvia DeBaker (Berger); her brother Donald; her parents-in-law, Joseph and Margaret Schmidt; and her siblings-in-law, Rita Potcher (Dan), Beatrice Vania (Anthony), Peggy DeBaker and Frank Schmidt (Alice).
She is survived by: her husband Dave; her daughters, Sarah K. Schmidt Butterfield, MD (Steve Butterfield), Molly E. (Eric Solari) and JD; her granddaughters, Ava and Sylvia Butterfield; her brothers, Leland DeBaker and Mark DeBaker (Connie); and her brother-in-law Thomas P. Schmidt (Maxine). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Mary's name to benefit St. John's Homeless Shelter.
