She was predeceased by: her father Leo Torborg; and her brother-in-law Bruce Hyde. She is survived by: her husband Charles Slavek; her children, Jacob Slavek, Emily Sculliuffo (Curtis) and Evan Slavek (Frances); her grandchildren, Julian, Adam Sculliuffo and Mabel Slavek; her siblings, Dorothy Hyde of Springfield, MO, Mark Torborg of Waconia, MN and Tom Torborg (Kristine) of Fridley, MN; and her close friend Marybeth Marchese.
