We are sad to announce that, on September 22, 2023, at the age of 64, Matthew Wolk (Green Bay, Wisconsin), born in Woodruff, Wisconsin passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Bill" Wolk and Marie Wolk (Schlink); and his brother-in-law Mark Jacobs. He is survived by: his daughter Katherine; his sisters, Rose Jacobs, Amanda Vesely (Mark) and Tina Van Horn (Mark); his nieces and nephews, Jason, Jordan, Collin, Ethan, Emerson and Tony; Peyton. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, other relatives and friends.
