He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Bill" Wolk and Marie Wolk (Schlink); and his brother-in-law Mark Jacobs. He is survived by: his daughter Katherine; his sisters, Rose Jacobs, Amanda Vesely (Mark) and Tina Van Horn (Mark); his nieces and nephews, Jason, Jordan, Collin, Ethan, Emerson and Tony; and also Peyton. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, other relatives and friends.
