She is survived by : her significant other Chad; her children, Amanda and Zach (Viola); her grandchildren, Hannah, Jacob, Levi and Noah; her mother Geraldine; her siblings, Jerry, Dave, Kenny (Tiki), Theresa (Jim) and Dawn (Jeff); her sisters-in-law, Pam (John), Kim (Bill) and Gail (Scott); and her father-in-law Dale. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
