Nancy Y. Schmechel Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Nancy Y. Schmechel of Green Bay, Wisconsin, who passed away on February 20, 2024 at the age of 66. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Nancy Y. Schmechel to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by : her parents, James Young and Virginia Young (Ryan); her sister Kathy Kinate; her mother-in-law Marie Schmechel; and her brothers-in-law, Dale Schmechel, Mike Skirkanich and Bill Van Handel.

She is survived by : her husband Donald Schmechel of Green Bay; her sons, Nathan of De Pere and Lucas of Green Bay; her sisters, Kris Skirkanich of Florida and Jamie Finch of Florida; her siblings-in-law, Janice Van Handel of Green Bay and Lyle Schmechel of Lakewood; and her niece Debbie Wavrunek. She is also survived by other nieces, nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the Animal Humane Society and the Cancer Society.
