He was predeceased by: his aunt Carol Hodges. He is survived by: his parents, Lee Nichols and Terri Nichols (Hodges); his daughter Elaine; his sister Holly Nichols (Mike Race); his niece Nora; his grandparents, Nathan, Elaine Hodges, James and Doris Nichols; his cousin Christopher Nichols; Krista Nichols (Tschurwald). He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
