He is survived by: his wife Mallory; his children, Aidan James, Lyla Faye and Malia Mackenzie; his grandmother Dorothy Duke; his parents, Teri and Paul; his brothers, James (Natalie Haight) and Derek (Tasha Gjesdahl); his sisters-in-law, Mackenzie Falk (Matt), Emily Nickerson, Natalie Nickerson (Spencer Fuhriman) and Delaney Nickerson; his parents-in-law, Michael Nickerson and Janelle Bailey (Greg Sporer); and his nieces and nephews, Hattie, Audrey, Ewan, Winnie and Elsie.
