He is survived by: his children, Steven Phillips (Margaret), Sheila Belschner (Barry), Anne Follet (Jim Modl) and Kathy Phillips (Gary Biersteker); his stepchildren, Amy Albers (James) and Scott Diring (Kimberly); his grandchildren, Matthew Wood (Desiree), Wessley Wood (Lauren), Bryce Belschner (Lauren), Jason Belschner (Laura), Jamie Phillips, Rachel Phillips and Robby Knaus (Rebecca); his siblings, Carol Demoulin, Beverly Powers, Eddie Phillips (Vicki), JoAnn Stelmach (Bernie) and Dale Phillips (Cindy); his sister-in-law Ann Phillips; the mother of his children Ellen Moseng; Brooke Albers, Anthony Diring, Michael Albers, Alex Diring, Hayden Diring, Austin Diring, Jocelyn Albers, Taylor Albers, Elizabeth Diring and Ashton Diring. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
