She was predeceased by: her parents, Elwood Kopper and Lovern Kopper (Maher); her husband Russell Eichstaedt; her son Andrew Eichstaedt; her parents-in-law, Elmer and Isabell Eichstaedt; her brother Patrick McCoy; and her brother-in-law Sal Colla.
She is survived by: her children, Jennifer (Alec Tantillo), Green Bay (Jonathan) and Bridget Eichstaedt (Green Bay); her grandchildren, Carter and Reagan Tantillo; her pets, Yelich and Brewski; and her brother Elwood Kopper (Joan) of Clayton, N. C.. She is also survived by relatives and friends.
In Lieu of flowers, Pauline requested that donations be made to Pilgrim Lutheran School to be used for items in the classroom.
