He is survived by: his wife Karen; his children, Tracy Faust (Chris Zittlow), Cassie Dennis, Heidi Dake (John), Chuck Desotelle and Shelly Desotelle; his grandchildren, Brad, Brooke Dennis, Brandi Rabideau (Dan), Felicia Novak (Matt), Darci Dake (Dustin Haviland), Jerek Dake (Leah), Kayla, Jake Desotelle and Allicia Graf; his great grandchildren, Josiah, James, Dan, Emily, Bella, Theodore, Natalie, Hailey, Lilly, Lexi, Jack, Bryce, Cayden, Braxton, Kinsley, Jayden, Chloe, Carson and Cheyanna; his siblings, Candace Faust, Randy Faust (Linda), Barry Faust (Fay), Holly Smith (Howard), Polly Gonnering (Dave) and Tim Faust; his sister-in-law Jackie (Cy Krajewski); his nieces and nephews, Steve, Lauri, Chris, Sally and Joy; his cousin Bill; his close friends, Sally Duveneck and Don Ambrico; his caregivers, Dr. Mendoza, Dr. Patel, Brianna, Danielle and Caitlin; Dianne Renkas (Mike), Joe, Ella, Tom, Jane Watermolen, Jim and Sue Overly. He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
